Everything worth knowing about Mytoko: how to find the right influencers, how to launch a campaign, and how to measure its results.
About Mytoko
What is Mytoko, and how does it help my brand?
Mytoko is an influencer marketing platform that helps brands find the right creators, advertise their campaigns and manage their collaborations in a single place. Our aim is to let you run influencer campaigns with less admin, more transparency and more measurable results.
How is Mytoko different from an influencer marketing agency?
Mytoko is a self-service platform, not a traditional influencer marketing agency. You set the campaign goals, the terms and the budget, while the platform helps you find creators, manage applications and track your campaigns.
What kinds of brands is Mytoko for?
Mytoko is built for brands and businesses that want to make more deliberate use of what influencer marketing can do. Whether it’s a small business’s first campaign or a larger brand’s regular creator collaborations, the platform’s aim is to make campaign management simpler.
Finding influencers
How do I find the influencers who best fit my brand?
In the Mytoko influencer search you can browse creators and filter them by a range of criteria. You can view their profiles, their social media accounts and follower counts, and the detailed statistics help you make a better-informed decision.
What data can I see on an influencer’s profile?
Profiles show each creator’s social media accounts and follower counts. The detailed statistics include average video views, the number of previous campaigns, the on-time delivery rate and the ratings they have received from brands.
How can I check whether an influencer is a reliable partner?
An influencer’s profile carries the information you need to judge their track record. You can see their on-time delivery rate, their previous collaborations, their average video views and the ratings brands have given them.
Can I save influencers I might want to work with later?
Yes. The favourites feature lets you save the creators who are relevant to you, so you can easily come back to them later. It’s especially useful when you’re building influencer lists for several campaigns or planning long-term collaborations.
Launching campaigns
What kinds of influencer campaigns can I run on Mytoko?
You can work with several campaign types, matched to your brand’s goals. You can launch a product gifting, video, coupon code or link-in-bio campaign. Depending on the campaign type, you set the expected content, the participation requirements and the delivery deadline.
How do I create an influencer campaign?
Choose the campaign type, enter the key terms, then describe the influencers you’re looking for. Among other things you can set the target platform, a minimum follower count, your content expectations and the deadline. You can advertise the campaign publicly or send direct invitations to the creators you’ve picked.
Do I decide which influencers take part in a campaign?
Yes. You set the requirements for applying, such as a minimum follower count, the relevant category and any specific expectations. A dedicated view lets you manage the applications, so you can choose the creators who fit your campaign best.
Can I invite specific influencers to a campaign directly?
Yes. Once you’ve found the right creators, you can send them a direct invitation. You can also post the campaign as private, so only the creators you’ve invited can apply for the collaboration.
Content and tracking
How do I keep track of my campaigns?
The campaign management view gives you an overview of your active and closed campaigns and of the influencers taking part in each one. You can follow applications, content performance and campaign views. For gifting campaigns you can also track each package from preparation to delivery.
Can I approve content before it goes live?
Yes. On every campaign you can require creators to publish finished content only after you’ve approved it. That way you can make sure the videos meet your brand’s expectations and the campaign brief.
Can I specify what content the influencers create?
Yes. When you create a campaign you can set your content expectations, the creative brief, mandatory tags, the call to action (CTA) and the deadline. On video campaigns you can also require content approval, so you can check the finished video before it’s published.
Budget and results
How do I set a budget for my influencer campaigns?
When you create a campaign you can enter how much you plan to spend on paying creators. A budget isn’t required on every campaign, so alongside paid collaborations you can also run product gifting campaigns.
How do I measure how well my influencer campaigns perform?
The Mytoko campaign dashboard tracks the views reached by each campaign and by each influencer. By calculating the cost per thousand views (CPM), the platform helps you compare how cost-effective your collaborations are.
