Yes. Until Mytoko has its first 100 creators, every brand uses the platform free, on any plan and with every feature. You pay nothing, and nothing is charged.
We email you at least 14 days before it ends. You then choose the plan you continue on; nothing is ever charged automatically.
No. The prices shown are net; VAT (ÁFA) is added on the invoice. The invoice is issued to the company details and tax number you enter at checkout.
The yearly price is ten months’ price, so two months are free. That is about 17% less than paying monthly.
Yes, at any time, from the Billing page of your account. After cancelling, you keep full access until the end of the period you have paid for.
A workspace is one brand, with its own campaigns, creators, team and CRM. Starter and Pro cover one brand; with Agency you manage five.
No. The subscription pays for using Mytoko. You agree each fee with the creator and pay them directly; Mytoko never handles that money, it only helps you keep track of it.
During the launch period you pay nothing. After it, you pay by card on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Your card details are handled by Stripe; Mytoko never sees or stores them.
